Fee Schedules and Payment Methods

Fees for Services:

Women’s Therapy Center provides services on a sliding-scale. The fee that you will pay is established at the time of your intake and will be based on information provided by you at that time. The fee that you pay is subject to change.

Payment Methods:

Payment in full is required at the time that therapy services are provided. Payment may be made by cash or check, or by credit card via PayPal. PayPal is an on-line payment system that is nationally recognized and that provides secure transactions.

Payment by cash or check is made at the WTC office immediately prior to meeting with your therapist.

Payment by credit card is made on line from this web page.

To make a credit card payment, click on the "Pay Now" button below. You will be transferred to the PayPal site for processing your credit-card payment.

Enter the amount due (which should include the $3.00 handling fee) in the "Item price" box, click "Update" and click on the pay by credit card link.

This will take you to the page where you enter your credit card information.

You will receive an email receipt from PayPal. Please print a copy of this receipt and take it with you to your therapy session.

Insurance: Except for AETNA Chickering UPenn student health insurance and Penn Behavioral Health Insurance, WTC does not accept payment from insurance companies. WTC does provide receipts showing payment for services that may be submitted to your insurance provider along with your application for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. For in-network provider coverage, please contact your insurance company.
