Women’s Therapy Center is excited to announce a series introducing yoga principles and practices to improve self awareness and find harmony in your life.


How Yoga Fits with Psychotherapy

Yoga, to yoke or unite, strengthens the connection between mind, body and spirit. To bring one closer to a healthy balanced life, it is important to nurture the self on all of these planes and develop greater awareness of the relationship between the body, breath and mind.

Through these workshops you will gain an understanding of of basic practices of pranayama ( breath control or breath awareness) to increase your ability for grounding and centering the self. You will, in turn, develop keener focus of the mind and helpful self-care strategies.

MEETING TIME: Saturday mornings from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.


FEE: The cost for individual workshops is $35, two are $65 or save and take the full 3 workshop series for $95.
