How do you decide which therapist sees which client?

Finding the best fit between clients and therapists is a high priority at WTC.  Our Clinical Director is a licensed psychologist highly skilled in placing clients with the best individualized care available.  Every client takes part in an Intake interview to gauge her needs and match her with a therapist qualified to help her

My insurance company only lets me see my therapist for 16 weeks.  How long do you let clients see a therapist?

We work individually, group or in couple’s therapy with clients for as long as needed.  We help each client to learn more about herself and to develop her own goals for growth.  Unhurried therapy isn't a luxury, but a necessity.   Psychotherapy is a gradual, unfolding process.  We understand that women who are hesitant about therapy or who have misgivings about working on sensitive issues need to work at their own pace.

Do you take insurance?

WTC does not currently accept any insurance plans except for AETNA Chickering UPenn student health insurance.  Although we are not associated with any insurance company, if a client has insurance that provides "out-of-network-reimbursement" we provide receipts so that she may file for reimbursement when it is available.
