Grace Baik
MBA Candidate, WTC Board of Directors
Grace Baik is a first year MBA student at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania majoring in Strategic Management. Prior to attending Wharton, she was employed as a business analyst at The Boeing Company for five years -- her last role was integrating the total financials for the 747-8 development program.
Grace is an active member in General Management, Consulting and Social Impact clubs at The Wharton School and she helped organize the 2009 Consulting Club Conference and 2010 Wharton Social Impact Conference. Through Wharton Community Consultants, Grace led a team of five in 2009 to analyze the cost structure and develop optimal pricing levels for the Women’s Therapy Center. Grace will join the Strategic Financial Analysis team at Johnson & Johnson Global Pharmaceutical Supply Group as a summer intern in June 2010.
She is interested in learning about different cultures and spent last few summers on international volunteer trips to Mongolia and Kazakhstan. Grace holds a B.A. in Business Administration with honors from the University of Washington in Seattle.
